I am looking to carry on the legacy of prior owners to build, expand, and create a legacy of my own.
Business owners are the heart and soul of our economy. Business owners everywhere pour their heart, sweat, and tears into their company for decades. These businesses provide so much for so many stakeholders; stability and safety for families, a platform to create jobs for those in their community, the opportunity to give back through sponsorships, among many other things. Businesses sell more than just services - they sell opportunities, hopes, dreams. I want to be a part of that.
Succession planning is hard. Owners have the difficult challenge of looking to transition their work to a new leader. While many times the ideal option is transitioning a family member or a trusted employee, that option may not work out for a variety of reasons. These are the opportunities that our company looks to come in.
In my career, I’ve worked through challenges that many businesses face. Be it business development/sales, financial management, operational improvements, mentoring and developing employees, marketing a new product or any other demands that business owners face, I have always been excited and welcome the challenge.
I was blessed to have grown up the son of an Air Force veteran and public school administrator - my parents taught me the power of a strong work ethic, discipline, and committment. My goal is to apply those same values to a durable business that one day I can have the opportunity to pass to my children.
